On September 14–16, 2023, the Terra-Polytech Hackathon was held in Novocherkassk as part of the implementation of the Priority 2030 development program. The goal of the competition was the formation of the cyber-physical information space of Terra-Polytech.

On September 16, 2023, the XIV Science Festival of the South of Russia was held at the ROSTOV-ARENA stadium: Russian science: past, present, future, aimed at popularizing research activities among young people, strengthening the interaction of industrial partners and the academic community.

On August 23-25, the strategic session "Hydrogen Energy: Promising Products for New Markets" was held in Moscow at the site of the Center for Hydrogen Technologies of AFK Sistema. Representatives of the Technological Faculty of the SRSPU (NPI) took part in the event.

The results of the competitions of the Presidential Program of the Russian Science Foundation for research projects in 2023 for obtaining grants for the events "Conducting initiative research by young scientists" and "Conducting research by scientific groups led by young scientists", as well as the competition for the extension of projects of scientific groups led by young scientists, supported in 2020, have been summed up . Three projects of our scientists are among the best!

Scientists of the Scientific Research Institute “Nanotechnologies and New Materials” took part in the XIX International Scientific and Practical Conference “New Polymer Composite Materials. Mikitaev Readings”, which was held at the Elbrus Educational and Scientific Complex of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after M.I. HM. Berbekov from 3 to 8 July.
