On October 8-13, 2023, the XXV International Conference on Chemical Reactors “ChemReactor-25” was held in the city of Tyumen, organized by the world-class West Siberian Interregional Scientific and Educational Center together with the Institute of Catalysis named after. G.K. Boreskov of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Tyumen State University and the NTI Center “Hydrogen as the basis of a low-carbon economy”. The conference program was devoted to the fundamental aspects and practical applications of catalytic processes and chemical reactors, as well as the development of new highly efficient technologies.
Representatives of the South Russian State Polytechnic University (NPI) named after. M.I. Platova: Director of the Research Institute “Nanotechnologies and New Materials”, Ph.D. Yakovenko Roman Evgenievich with the report “Scaling of a tubular Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reactor”, and research engineer Ekaterina Bozhenko with the report “Additive technologies in the development of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reactors”.
Tyumen Technopark gathered 180 full-time conference participants, representatives from 28 Russian cities, 230 absentee participants and 6 foreign representatives. The speech of Yakovenko R. E. aroused great interest from the participants and key industrial partners of the conference. Bozhenko E.'s report was awarded a 1st degree diploma as the best oral report.
