VIKTOR CHERNYSHEV IS THE FIRST POLYTECHNIC PROFESSOR OF THE RUSSIAN ACADEMY OF SCIENCES!

Polytechnic, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, associate professor of YURGPU (NPI) and a successful researcher – Viktor Mikhailovich Chernyshev can now add to the list of his achievements the title of professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He joined the faculty of the Department of Chemistry and Materials Sciences and became the first professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences-chemist in the Southern Federal District.

THE CORE OF THE SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL ELITE

The ceremony of awarding certificates to the winners of competitions for the right to receive grants from the President of the Russian Federation for state support of young Russian scientists was held in Rostov-on-Don on April 11. Among the awardees are two Novocherkassk polytechnics. In total, thirty representatives of thirteen organizations of the Southern Federal District were honored on this day.

AN ARTICLE BY A SCIENTIST OF THE NPI WAS PUBLISHED IN CO-AUTHORSHIP WITH AN ACADEMICIAN OF THE RUSSIAN ACADEMY OF SCIENCES

At the end of December, the flagship journal of the American Chemical Society "ACS Catalysis" (impact factor 13.084) published a joint scientific article by Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor V.M. Chernyshev and Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, scientist of the Institute of Organic Chemistry named after N.D. Zelinsky of the Russian Academy of Sciences V.P. Ananikov.

THE CHEMISTS OF THE NPI HAVE RECOGNITION AT A NEW LEVEL!

On New Year's Eve, a pleasant, inspiring news came: the article of the research team led by Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor V. M. Chernyshev, the writing of which became possible as a result of the joint work of the research teams of the YURSPU (NPI) and the Institute of Organic Chemistry named after N.D. Zelinsky of the Russian Academy of Sciences (and personally Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences V.P. Ananikov), was accepted for publication in the journal "Angewandte Chemie".
