At the end of December, the flagship journal of the American Chemical Society "ACS Catalysis" (impact factor 13.084) published a joint scientific article by Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor V.M. Chernyshev and Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, scientist of the Institute of Organic Chemistry named after N.D. Zelinsky of the Russian Academy of Sciences V.P. Ananikov.
The work is devoted to the problems and prospects of development of nickel and palladium catalysis. The article "Nickel and Palladium Catalysis: Stronger Demand than Ever" is a problem-analytical review on a very "hot" scientific topic, which scientists have prepared at the invitation of the publication. And ACS Catalysis is one of the most authoritative and cited scientific journals in the field of catalysis. Chances are high that the article will become highly cited.
Separately, it is worth noting the fact that in preparing for publication, the co-author-academician set the affiliation of the YURSPU (NPI) as the main one, thus recognizing the merits of his colleague Viktor Mikhailovich Chernyshev and the scientific team of our university as a whole.
Congratulations to the chemists of the NPI on this success!
