The results of the 2022 competition of new projects of small individual scientific groups have been summed up. Within its framework, the expert council of the Russian Science Foundation, based on the results of the examination, selected 2017 projects submitted by scientific groups of up to 4 people. The participants of the competition are teams from universities, research institutes, production companies from all regions of the Russian Federation. Among the winners are scientists of the Research Institute "NTNM" of the YURSPU (NPI).
Grants are allocated for the implementation of fundamental scientific research and exploratory scientific research in 2023-2024 in various branches of knowledge. The project completion period can be extended by one or two years. The amount of one grant is up to 1.5 million rubles annually. The total number of members of the research team (together with the project manager) is from 2 to 4 people.
The main goal of this competition is to create new research teams and search for promising topics. Two teams of scientists of the Research Institute "NTNM" were among the winners of the competition and will receive grants for the development of their scientific subjects. This is the project "Heteroatom-doped carbon materials from humins for (electro)catalytic synthesis of organic substances" under the leadership of Daria Chernysheva and headed by Ivan Zubkov, the development of the topic "Obtaining polyalphaolefin oils from CO and H2".
