Representatives of the youth research laboratory “New composite and functional materials” became participants in the “School of Key Researchers “Science 4.0: Models, Strategies and Development Trajectories of Scientists” (MPI-2023)”, which was held on November 14 at the DSTU.
The event, which became part of the professional development program, was developed and implemented by order of the ANO “Management Company of the Interregional Scientific and Educational Center of the South” (REC of the South of Russia). The goal of training the region’s scientific youth at the “School of Key Researchers” is to form and improve the professional competencies and supra-professional skills of managers and employees of scientific laboratories focused on the creation and commercialization of fundamental research and innovative scientific and technical developments to ensure the sustainable development of the South of Russia.
“The organizers of the School set us a number of tasks,” said Tatyana Molodtsova, junior researcher at the Research Laboratory “New Composite and Functional Materials with Special Properties.” – It was necessary to conduct a SWOT analysis of our laboratory and determine the place of the scientific team in the cognitive map of priority fundamental scientific areas in Russia. It was also interesting to evaluate fundamental and applied results of scientific work and determine their competitiveness in the scientific development market.
Over the course of one and a half months, the School will host lectures and practical classes in person and online, various trainings and master classes on creating scientific startups. The results of the School of Key Researchers will be announced on December 20.
