Research Institute "NTNM" together with NPP "Intor" LLC have developed a three-reactor catalytic plant. The installation allows for simultaneous testing in three independent reactors. It is possible to complete installations with both parallel and series-mounted reactors. The installation uses high-precision gas meters and liquid pumps of its own production.

A laboratory three-reactor catalytic plant will allow obtaining 3 times more experimental data in comparison with a conventional single-reactor plant in the same period of time.

When arranging the controls of a laboratory three-reactor catalytic plant, the on/off buttons are located in an accessible, convenient and safe place so that operators can easily access these buttons to turn on and off the necessary equipment, minimizing the risk of injury or erroneous on/off. The design of the installation provides convenient access to devices and equipment for maintenance or replacement of main and auxiliary equipment.

All the equipment used in the creation of the laboratory three-reactor catalytic plant meets the requirements of fire safety, and the components under voltage 220/380 V are protected from accidental touching. During the installation of the main and auxiliary equipment, all components purchased for work were subjected to input control according to GOST 24297-2013. The design of the laboratory three-reactor catalytic plant for the synthesis of hydrocarbons uses technical solutions that ensure reliable and safe operation during operation. When selecting the main and auxiliary equipment, we were guided by the operational requirements and their structural and technological, physico-mechanical, electrical and other properties, taking into account the conditions that can lead to deterioration of these properties.

When designing and creating a laboratory three-reactor catalytic installation, the requirements of electronic protection, survivability and resistance to external influences, reliability, transportability, ensuring secrecy, protection against IT, standardization, unification, manufacturability, diagnostic support, mathematical, software and information-linguistic support, certification were not presented.
