The next scheduled certification of graduate students of YURGPU (NPI) took place. About a hundred people took part in it - graduate students-state employees and those who receive a scholarship named after N.N. Zinin. The attestation commission was headed by the scientific director of the University N.I. Gorbatenko (chairman of the commission), the vice-rector of YURSPU (NPI) for innovation O.A. Kravchenko and the head of the Department of Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies N.A. Vilbitskaya (deputy chairmen of the commission). The commission also included leading scientists of the university in the areas of research of graduate students.
Previously, each graduate student submitted information about the total number of his publications in rating journals and how many publications there are in the current semester. Young scientists presented small presentations of their scientific research and answered questions from the members of the commission.
Other scientific activity of our graduate students was also taken into account. "All the guys applied to participate in the competition for a Presidential and Government grant for young scientists," said N.A. Vilbitskaya. - The results of these contests have not been summed up yet. In addition, everyone reported on their other applications for participation in competitions, grants and the results obtained."
Natalia Anatolyevna also noted that all the doctoral students of YURGPU (NPI) were successfully certified.
According to the results of the certification, one graduate student was deprived of the scholarship of N.N. Zinin, five people received recommendations to intensify their work on the topic of the dissertation.
Among those who received the highest possible scores - from 9 to 10 - for their work, there are also repeated heroes of our publications. Ilya Lebedinsky, Lermont Altunyan, Ivan Zubkov, Sergey Shchukin, Anastasia Kosach, Alexander Batyukov, Sergey Kramarov were the best certified this semester. Keep it up !
