RNF 22-23-00380
The aim of the project is to identify the possibility of reactions in the absence of a catalyst and, if necessary, to study the direction and selectivity of the reactions taking place.
Based on the results of the experiments, recommendations will be developed to reduce the contribution of non-catalytic side processes, which will contribute to increasing the selectivity of catalytic reactions.
EXPECTED PROJECT RESULTS:
Systematic studies will be conducted based on the comparison of the reactionary
the ability and selectivity of reactions of model 1,2,4-triazoles, both in the absence of catalysts and in the presence of various organometallic catalysts with different ligands.
The regularities of the structure of the catalyst used on the selectivity of the catalytic reaction will be revealed. Factors (temperature, solvent, co-catalysts, etc.) affecting the activity, stability and selectivity of the catalyst will also be identified.
New approaches to the modification of catalysts or catalytic systems will be developed,
ensuring the stabilization of the properties of the catalytic system for selective synthesis
New methods of catalytic synthesis of functionalized derivatives of 1,2,4-triazole will be developed and their applicability for the synthesis of compounds used or with prospects for use in pharmaceuticals and agriculture will be shown.
