The laboratory unit is designed to study the catalytic and thermal processes of processing heavy oil feedstock.

The installation allows you to explore the processes:

  • Hydrocracking;
  • Thermal cracking;
  • Gasification of aqueous dispersions of coal, biomass, heavy oil residues.

The developed high-pressure liquid pump operates at temperatures up to 200°C, which makes it possible to feed high-viscosity components (fuel oil, tar, paraffin, ceresin, etc.) into the reactor.

The laboratory unit is manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements of the customer to operate in a wide range of process parameters. The modular configuration of the unit allows it to be changed or upgraded at any time to meet new challenges.
