The program "Priority 2030"
The project is aimed at solving the problem of processing hydrocarbon raw materials (natural and associated petroleum gas) into products with high added value (ceresin, hydrocarbon fractions for fuel and petrochemical purposes). The creation and implementation of technologies for direct processing of natural gas into valuable products is an urgent task for the Russian Federation, which has large reserves of natural gas, but does not possess innovative technologies for its processing. The expected technical results will contribute to increasing the depth of processing of hydrocarbon raw materials, import substitution of technologies and valuable products, will allow the production of synthetic ceresine, high-quality motor fuels at remote, low-yield and hard-to-reach gas production fields, including in the Arctic, which will help solve logistical problems with its delivery and storage for these regions.
During the implementation of the project, a high-tech pilot complex for the production of synthetic solid hydrocarbons, diesel fuel and petrochemical products from natural and associated petroleum gases will be created. The complex will allow to scale the technology, to obtain initial data for the creation of industrial plants for the production of synthetic hydrocarbons, to develop enlarged batches of products. The implementation of the Ceresin project will contribute to the creation and introduction into production of domestic innovative technology for deep processing of hydrocarbon raw materials (natural and associated petroleum gas) into products with high added value with the ability to flexibly respond to market needs (ceresin, hydrocarbon fractions for fuel and petrochemical purposes).
The project corresponds to the priority direction of the Strategy of the Russian NTR N2 "Transition to environmentally friendly and resource-saving energy, increasing the efficiency of production and deep processing of hydrocarbons, the formation of new sources, methods of transportation and storage of energy."
