State Task № 10.2980.2017/PM
An innovative technology for producing Arctic diesel fuel from natural and associated petroleum gases has been developed. Theoretical and experimental studies on the synthesis of Arctic diesel fuel have been carried out, including studies of the processes of desulfurization, pre-reforming, reforming and synthesis of low-hardening diesel fractions. A method and design of a convection reactor for APG reforming has been developed. A bifunctional catalyst for the synthesis of low-hardening diesel fuels has been developed. The obtained samples of Arctic fuels comply with GOST R 55475-2013 – Winter diesel and Arctic dewaxed fuel. To determine the stability of the catalysts of all stages, long-term tests were performed on a full-cycle pilot complex. The initial data for the design of an industrial modular energy technology complex for the processing of APG and natural gas into Arctic diesel fuel have been developed. The results of the project are used in the scientific and educational process in the training of personnel in the direction of "Chemical Technology".
