The analysis of the level of development of technologies for the utilization of associated petroleum gases (APG) with the production of solid products as part of mobile complexes at the production sites is carried out. The existing and promising technologies for producing carbon black, structured carbon, synthetic diamonds, gaseous products (hydrogen, synthesis gas) and solid synthetic hydrocarbons using hydrocarbon gas are analyzed. Physical and chemical regularities of processes, technological schemes, hardware design are described. The line of potentially possible manufactured products, their consumer properties, market analysis, export and import of the Russian Federation are considered. The analysis of the consumption of solid synthetic hydrocarbons (ceresine) and the forecast of the development of the Russian foam glass market were performed. Promising technologies for processing gas into synthetic solid hydrocarbons, utilization of drilling sludge and contaminated soils into construction and thermal insulation materials are proposed.
