An analytical review of information sources has been carried out. The directions of research, methods and means of studying high-intensity jet-vortex processes in the processing of solid fuels in energy technology complexes are selected and justified. Methods and means of processing organic and mineral parts of solid coal fuels and technogenic ash and slag waste in energy technology complexes that meet the requirements of environmental safety and waste-free have been developed. Parametric studies have been carried out, establishing links between the indicators of solid fuels, energy carriers and experimental samples. A methodology, algorithm and software have been developed for calculating technological parameters and technical and economic indicators of power technology complexes of a wide range of capacities. The chemical and physical properties of experimental samples of products of energy technology complexes are determined. Experimental samples of products have been synthesized. Programs and methods of testing experimental samples of products are proposed.
