Description

The laboratory three-reactor catalytic unit is designed for testing heterogeneous catalysts, studying the kinetics of chemical reactions, evaluating the scalability and effectiveness of proposed technical solutions, analyzing and controlling the quality of catalysts in production.

The installation allows for simultaneous testing in three independent reactors. It is possible to complete installations with both parallel and sequentially installed reactors.

Contents (the final delivery package depends on the terms of reference):

  • Gas preparation and supply unit (6 channels as standard);
  • Liquid feed unit (1-3 channels);
  • Raw material heating and evaporation unit;
  • Reactor unit;
  • Cooling, separation and drying unit;
  • Gas circulation unit;
  • Sampling unit;
  • The unit for measuring the volume of the outgoing gas;
  • The control unit.
