Transesterification of 2,5-FDCA esters with dihydric alcohols in the presence of a catalyst under high vacuum to facilitate the removal of reaction by-products from the reaction mass.
The unit is designed taking into account the optimal conditions for the polycondensation of 2,5 - dimethylfuranoate and diols, includes the entire range of equipment and automation elements in accordance with the production technology. The installation allows carrying out chemical processes at elevated temperatures and reduced pressure, for example, transesterification processes with the removal of volatile components from the reaction zone.
